Eagle Eye Restaurant is Canada’s most elevated dining experience. How about lunch on top of the world or dinner in the sky?
It was a sunny winter afternoon when we first discovered this magical place. We had been riding non-stop all day – the Winter Gods had delivered some spectacular snow that morning. Needless to say, we didn’t do too much more snowboarding after walking in. The beer, the view and the cheeseboards stole our attention for the afternoon.
If there is any country that knows how to deliver the goods, Canada is certainly a strong contender. Deep snow, spectacular mountains and beer at 4000ft – what more could you ask for?
